The Motorhome Search

As our initial plan was to spend most time in Europe, we thought a left hand motorhome would be the best idea - but this has now changed. This year we will spend only 3 months in Europe and the rest of the time in UK and Ireland so we are going to buy a right hand drive and see how we go. Also thanks to experience motor homers Rob and Kate, they advise its not hard to drive on the right with a right hand drive.

Only about 5% of all motorhomes are left hand drive - so we had little to choose from.

Now we have lots.

Our criteria now is:

• 6 metres long - or less

• Has a garage at the back for bikes, chairs, bbqs etc.

• Fixed bed over the garage

• Preferably German.
